ASSESSMENT STREET LIGHTING PROJECT IN
GLENN'S FARM SUBDIVISION
On Wednesday, June 29, 2005, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Taylor at 7 16 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Terry Godfroid-
Marecki, Don Knapp, Frank J Kokenakes, James McCann, and Gerald Taylor
Absent: Thomas Robinson
Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing to determine
the necessity for a proposed special assessment street lighting project in
Glenn's Farm Subdivision, S E. 1/4 of Section 11, located on the north side
of Six Mile Road between Merriman and Stamwich (Roll), pursuant to Chapter
08 of Title 3 of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, entitled "Special
Assessment Procedure Ordinance"
There were sixteen (16) individuals present in the audience on this matter
Questions and comments from interested person were given due
consideration, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 7 17 p m , Wednesday, June
29, 2005
