ROAD, LIVONIA, MI 48150, REQUESTING WAIVER USE APPROVAL
On Wednesday, June 29, 2005, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Taylor at 7 17 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Terry Godfroid-
Marecki, Don Knapp, Frank J Kokenakes, James McCann, and Gerald Taylor
Absent: Thomas Robinson
Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve Petition 2005-02-02-07 submitted by Consignment
Outlet Livonia, requesting waiver use approval to operate a secondhand store
(consignment shop) at 15700 Middlebelt Road on property located on the east
side of Middlebelt Road between Broadmoor Avenue and Rayburn Avenue in the
Southwest 1/4 of Section 13
There were sixteen (16) individuals present in the audience on this matter
Questions and comments from interested person were given due
consideration, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 8.00 p m , Wednesday, June
29, 2005
