NECESSITY FOR A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET
LIGHTING PROJECT IN WOODED CREEK SUBDIVISION
On Monday, July 18, 2005, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Taylor at 7 00 p m Present. Brian Meakin, Terry Godfroid-Marecki,
Don Knapp, Thomas Robinson and Gerald Taylor Absent: Frank J Kokenakes
and James McCann
Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing to determine
the necessity for a proposed special assessment street lighting project in
Wooded Creek Subdivision, located south of Six Mile Road between Savoie
Road and Harrison Avenue in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 13, City of Livonia,
Wayne County, Michigan, pursuant to Chapter 08 of Title 3 of the Livonia Code
of Ordinances, as amended, entitled "Special Assessment Procedure
Ordinance"
There were eight (8) individuals present in the audience on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 7 05 p m , Monday, July 18,
2005
