PUBLIC HEARING RE APPLICATION FOR
INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
SUBMITTED BY MOTOWN CPL
On Monday, September 26, 2005, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Taylor at 7 14 p m Present. Frank Kokenakes, James
McCann and Thomas Robinson Absent: Terry Godfroid-Marecki, Don Knapp
and Brian Meakin
Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate submitted by Motown CPL for remodeling of the building into a donut
production facility for Dunkin Donuts, at their facility located at 31847 Glendale,
Livonia, MI 48150, within City of Livonia Industrial Development District No 99
There were two (2) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 27 p m , on Monday,
September 26, 2005
