PUBLIC HEARING RE. REQUEST SUBMITTED BY
VALASSIS COMMUNICATIONS, INC.
PROPOSING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
19975 VICTOR PARKWAY
On Wednesday, February 9, 2005, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Taylor at 7 00 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Terry Godfroid-
Marecki, Don Knapp, Frank J Kokenakes, James McCann, Thomas Robinson
and Gerald Taylor Absent: None
Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether this City Council should approve the request from Valassis
Communications, Incorporated, for the establishment of an Industrial
Development District within the boundaries of the City of Livonia in an area
approximately 6 20 acres lying in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 18, which is
hereinafter referred to as "Proposed City of Livonia Industrial Development
District No 98"
There was one (1) individual present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 24 p m , on February 9,
2005
