On Wednesday, March 23, 2005, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Taylor at 7 03 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Terry Godfroid-
Marecki, Don Knapp, Frank J Kokenakes, James McCann, Thomas Robinson
and Gerald Taylor Absent. None
Council President Taylor stated that this public hearing was being held
pursuant to Section 9 32 170 of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, which section
sets forth standards for objecting to the renewal and/or requesting the revocation
of a Class C, A-Hotel, B-Hotel or Tavern Liquor License
There were fourteen (14) individuals present in the audience on this
matter
Questions and comments from interested person were given due
consideration, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 9 15 p m., Wednesday, March
23, 2005
