MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
STREET LIGHTING OF CROSS WINDS COURT SUBDIVISION AND
ADJACENT LOT SPLITS LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF SIX MILE
ROAD BETWEEN STAMWICH BOULEVARD AND MERRIMAN ROAD IN THE
SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 11
On Monday, April 11, 2005, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Taylor at 7 15 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Frank Kokenakes, Terry
Godfroid-Marecki, James McCann, Thomas Robinson and Gerald Taylor
Absent: Don Knapp
Council President Taylor stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the
City Council is opening a public hearing on the Special Assessment Roll for
Street Lighting of Cross Winds Court Subdivision and Adjacent Lot Splits located
on the north side of Six Mile Road between Stamwich Boulevard and Merriman
Road in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 11, City of Livonia, Michigan
There were twenty-three (23) individuals present in the audience
regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 18 p m., on Monday, April
11, 2005
