INDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES, LLC, PROPOSING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF
AN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
31847 GLENDALE
On Monday, June 13, 2005, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Taylor at 7 00 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Don Knapp, Terry
Godfroid-Marecki, Thomas Robinson and Gerald Taylor Absent: James
McCann
Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether this City Council should approve the request from Industrial
Properties, LLC, for the establishment of an Industrial Development District within
the boundaries of the City of Livonia in an area of approximately 1 14 acres lying
in the Northeast '/ of Section 27 as more particularly described in the attachment
to the application which is hereby incorporated by reference and which is
hereinafter referred to as "Proposed City of Livonia Industrial Development
District No 99"
There was ten (10) individual present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
