PUBLIC HEARING RE PETITION 2004-04-02-24 SUBMITTED BY PETE
WOOD PLUMBING, REQUESTING WAIVER USE APPROVAL TO EXPAND
OUTDOOR STORAGE FOR CONTRACTORS TO STORE COMMERCIAL
VEHICLES AT 31675 EIGHT MILE ROAD, LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE
OF EIGHT MILE ROAD BETWEEN MERRIMAN ROAD AND OSMUS AVENUE
IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 3
On Wednesday, September 1, 2004, the above hearing was held at the
City Hail, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President Taylor at 7.25 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Don Knapp, Frank
J Kokenakes, Terry Godfroid-Marecki, James McCann, Thomas Robinson and
Gerald Taylor Absent: None
Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve Petition 2004-04-02-24 submitted by Pete Wood
Plumbing requesting waiver use approval to expand outdoor storage for
contractors to store commercial vehicles at 31675 Eight Mile Road, located on
the south side of Eight Mile Road between Merriman Road and Osmus Avenue
in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 3
There were forty-eight (48) individuals present in the audience
regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 59 p m , on Wednesday,
September 1, 2004
