PUBLIC HEARING RE PETITION 2003-11-06-07 SUBMITTED BY
THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
On Monday, March 22, 2004, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Taylor at 9.21 p.m. Present: Brian Meakin, Don Knapp, Frank J
Kokenakes, Linda M Dolan and Gerald Taylor Absent: Thomas Robinson
Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether or not to amend section 10 02 of Article X of Zoning Ordinance
No 543, as amended, to provide sidewalk and parking lot tent sales as permitted
accessory uses for retail establishments in C-1 Districts
There were eight (8) individuals present in the audience regarding
this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9.24 , on Monday, March 22,
2004
