PUBLIC HEARING RE APPLICATION FOR INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES
EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE, SUBMITTED BY INFINEON TECHNOLOGIES
On Monday, June 7, 2004, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Taylor at 7 OOp m Present: Brian Meakin, Frank Kokenakes, Terry A.
Godfroid-Marecki, James McCann, Thomas Robinson and Gerald Taylor
Absent. None
Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate submitted by Infineon Technologies, to expand its marketing, sales,
design and development capacity to serve the automobile and other industries at
their facility located at 19111 Victor Parkway, within City of Livonia Industrial
Development District No 95
There was one (1) individual present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 07 p m , on Monday, June 7,
2004
