PUBLIC HEARING RE PETITION 2004-04-06-01 SUBMITTED BY
THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
On Monday, June 28, 2004, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council
President Taylor at 7 41 p m Present: Brian Meakin, Terry Godfroid-Marecki,
Don Knapp, Frank Kokenakes, Thomas Robinson and Gerald Taylor Absent:
James McCann
Council President Taylor stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether or not to amend Section 18 59 of Article XVIII of Zoning
Ordinance #543, as amended, to allow mechanical amusement devices in
restaurants
There was no one present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 47 p m , Monday, June 28,
2004
