PUBLIC HEARING RE: APPLICATION FOR INDUSTRIAL
FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE FROM BRIAN BRACE,
AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS UNIT DIRECTOR, PERMACEL,
DATED AUGUST 20, 2001, COVERING NEW INDUSTRIAL
FACILITIES TO BE LOCATED WITHIN CITY OF LIVONIA
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT 81.

On October 1, 2001, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Councilmember Brosnan at
TOO p m. Present: John Walsh, John Pastor, Brian Duggan, Jack Engebretson and
Maureen Miller Brosnan Absent: Val Vandersloot and Joe Laura
Council President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the question
of whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate from
Brian Brace, Automotive Business Unit Director, Permacel, for real and personal
property in connection with automotive products at their facility located at 28501
Schoolcraft Road within City of Livonia Industrial Development District No 81 in the City
of Livonia, Michigan.
There were three (3) persons present in the audience on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 13 p m , Monday, October 1, 2001
