On December 5, 2001, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council Vice President
Vandersloot at 7 00 p m Present: Brian Duggan and Val Vandersloot. Absent: John
Walsh, John Pastor, Joe Laura, Jack Engebretson and Maureen Miller Brosnan
Council Vice President Vandersloot stated that this was a public hearing on the
question of whether to approve the request submitted by S & N Development Co , LLC,
for a change of zoning of property known as 19250 Victor Parkway located on the
Northwest corner of Seven Mile Road and Victor Parkway in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 6
from PO-I to OS (High Rise Professional Office to Office Services)
There were four (4) persons present in the audience on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 15 p m , Wednesday, December 5,
2001
