PUBLIC HEARING RE. PETITION 01-10-02-21, SUBMITTED BY BLUE OVAL
REPAIR REQUESTING WAIVER USE APPROVAL TO USE AN EXISTING
BUILDING AS A VEHICLE REPAIR FACILITY AT 28735 PLYMOUTH ROAD.

On March 20, 2002, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council President
Engebretson at 7 00 p m Present: Don Knapp, Linda Dolan, Gerald Taylor, Maureen
Miller Brosnan[7 04 p m ] and Jack Engebretson Absent: Val Vandersloot and Joe
Laura [active military duty]
Council President Engebretson stated that this was a public hearing on the
question of whether to approve Petition 01-10-02-21, submitted by Blue Oval Repair
requesting waiver use approval to use an existing building as a vehicle repair facility at
28735 Plymouth Road
There were thirty (30) persons present in the audience on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 25 p m , Wednesday, March 20, 2002.
