On May 30, 2001, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Councilmember Brosnan at
7.05 p m. Present: Val Vandersloot, Brian Duggan, Joe Laura, Jack Engebretson and
Maureen Miller Brosnan Absent: John Walsh and John Pastor
Council President Brosnan stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth
in Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan 1921, as amended, the Zoning Act
(M S.A. Section 5.2934, M.0 L.A. 125 584), as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance No
, L 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City of Livonia is
holding a public hearing to determine whether or not to approve the request for a change
of zoning of property located on the south side of Schoolcraft Road east of Merriman
Road in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 26, from P and M-1 to C-3 (Parking and Light
Manufacturing to Highway Service)
There were twenty-eight (28) persons present on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 27 p m , Wednesday, May 30, 2001
