BANKEY, ON BEHALF OF BADRI YONO, REQUESTING WAIVER USE
APPROVAL TO UTILIZE AN SDD LIQUOR LICENSE IN CONNECTION WITH
AN EXISTING BUSINESS (PLYMOUTH FOOD STORE) LOCATED ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF PLYMOUTH ROAD, BETWEEN CAVELL AND ARCOLA
AVENUES, IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 25

On August 8, 2001, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Councilmember Brosnan at
7.04 p m Present: Val Vandersloot, John Walsh, Joe Laura [7 21 p m ], Jack
Engebretson and Maureen Miller Brosnan Absent: John Pastor and Brian Duggan
Council President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the question
of whether to approve the waiver use to utilize an SDD liquor license at 27600 Plymouth
Road in the City of Livonia, Michigan
There were six (6) persons present on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 31 p m , Wednesday, August 8, 2001
