SECTION 10 FROM RUFC TO R-3 (Rural Urban Farm — 1/2 Acre Lots to
One Family Residential — 80' x 120' Lots)
On September 12, 2001, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council Vice President
Vandersloot at 7 00 p m Present: John Walsh, John Pastor, Joe Laura [7 30 p m ],
Jack Engebretson and Val Vandersloot. Absent: Brian Duggan and Maureen Miller
Brosnan
Council Vice President Vandersloot stated that in accordance with the provisions
set forth in Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan 1921, as amended, the
Zoning Act (M.S.A. Section 5.2934, M.0 L.A. 125 584), as well as Article XXII! of
Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City
of Livonia is holding a public hearing to determine whether or not to approve the request
for a change of zoning of property located on the south side of Seven Mile Road, East of
Brookfield Avenue, in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 10 from RUFC to R-3 (Rural Urban
Farm — 1/2 Acre Lots to One Family Residential —80' x 120' Lots)
There were eight (8) persons present on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 32 p m , Wednesday, September 12,
2001
