DELTA RESEARCH CORPORATION, RE: THE EXPANSION OF THEIR
EXISTING FACILITY LOCATED AT 32971 CAPITOL (WITHIN CITY OF
LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT 80)
TO ACCOMMODATE ADDITIONAL MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT

On March 26, 2001, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Council President Brosnan
at 7 01 p m Present: John Walsh[7 08], John Pastor, Joe Laura and Maureen Miller
Brosnan Absent: Val Vandersloot, Brian Duggan and Jack Engebretson
Council President Brosnan stated that that this was a public hearing on the
question of whether this City Council should approve the Application for Industrial
LFacilities Exemption Certificate from Robert Sakuta, President, Delta Research
Corporation dated January 31, 2001 for the expansion of their existing facility located at
32971 Capitol within Proposed City of Livonia Industrial Development District 80
There was one (1) person present on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 11 p m , Monday, March 26, 2001
