THE SOUTH SIDE OF SEVEN MILE ROAD BETWEEN BLUE SKIES DRIVE
AND GLENGARRY DRIVE IN THE NORTHEAST 1/. OF SECTION 7 FROM

On June 19, 2000, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Acting
President Vandersloot at 7'01 p m Present: Val Vandersloot, John Walsh and
Jack Engebretson Absent: John Pastor, Brian Duggan, Joe Laura and Maureen
Miller Brosnan
Acting President Vandersloot stated that this was a public hearing on the
question of whether this City Council should approve Petition 00-2-1-2 submitted
by Leo Soave requesting a change of zoning of property located on the south
side of Seven Mile Road between Blue Skies Drive and Glengarry Drive in the
Northeast '/. of Section 7 from R-3C to OS (One Family Residential — 80' x 120'
Lots to Office Services)
There were thirty-six (36) persons present on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 42 p m , Monday,
June 19, 2000
