MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING RE: REQUEST FOR AN INDUSTRIAL
FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE FROM
THOMAS C. RAUCH, KEMP, KLEIN, UMPHREY & ENDELMAN, ON BEHALF
OF ROUSH INDUSTRIES, INC. FOR RENOVATIONS LOCATED AT 28400
PLYMOUTH ROAD LOCATED WITHIN CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 51
On August 21, 2000, three(3) hearings were held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and this item was called to order by President Brosnan
at 7 10 p m. Present: John Walsh, John Pastor, Brian Duggan, Joe Laura, Jack
Engebretson and Maureen Brosnan. Absent: Val Vandersloot.
President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should approve the Application for Industrial Facilities
Exemption Certificate from Thomas C Rauch, Kemp, Klein, Umphrey & Endelman, on
behalf of Roush Industries, Inc. for renovations located at 28400 Plymouth Road located
within City of Livonia Industrial Development District No 51
There were four(4) persons present in the audience
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 18 p m., Monday, August 21, 2000
