MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING RE: PETITION 99-11-SN-14
SUBMITTED BY MILLENNIUM PARK, L.L.C. REQUESTING
APPROVAL FOR SIGNAGE FOR THE COMMERCIAL
DEVELOPMENT LOCATED AT 13500 MIDDLEBELT ROAD IN
THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 25.
On March 27, 2000, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center
Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Brosnan at 7 00 p m. Present:
Val Vandersloot, John Walsh, John Pastor, Brian Duggan, Joe Laura, Jack Engebretson and
Maureen Miller Brosnan Absent: None
President Brosnan stated that this was a public hearing on the question of whether this
City Council should approve Petition 99-11-SN-14 submitted by Millennium Park, L.L.0
requesting approval for signage for the commercial development located at 13500 Middlebelt
Road in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 25
There were six (6) persons present on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the
Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 27 p m , Monday, March 27, 2000
