On November 8, 1999, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President
Engebretson at 7 00 p m Present: John Walsh, John Pastor, Brian Duggan,
Maureen Miller Brosnan, and Jack Engebretson
Absent: Joe Laura and Val Vandersloot.
President Engebretson stated that this was a public hearing on the
question of whether this City Council should approve Petition 99-8-GB-4
submitted by James Martin requesting approval to substitute a Greenbelt for the
protective wall as required by Section 18 45 for property located at 20414
Farmington Road in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 3
There were six (6) persons present on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 18 p m , Monday,
November 8, 1999
