MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING TO ESTABLISH AN
INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
FROM EPI PRINTERS, INC., DATED FEBRUARY 24, 1999,
COVERING NEW INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES TO BE
LOCATED WITHIN CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT 54.
On April 14, 1999, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Vice President Walsh at 7 00
p m Present: Brian Duggan, Joe Laura, Maureen Miller-Brosnan, and John Walsh
Absent. Val Vendersloot, John Pastor and Jack Engebretson
The Vice President stated that this was a public hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should establish an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate
from EPI Printers, Inc , dated February 24, 1999, covering new industrial facilities to be
located within City of Livonia industrial Development District 54
There were four (4) persons present on these matters
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 10 p m , Wednesday, April 14, 1999
