MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON REQUEST TO ESTABLISH AN
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR DEARBORN
LITHOGRAPH, INC., FOR NEW EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION AT
12380 GLOBE, ENCOMPASSING AN AREA OF APPROXIMATELY
1.09 ACRES LYING IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 29,
HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "PROPOSED CITY OF
LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT 73".
On June 21, 1999, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Engebretson at
TOO p m Present: John Walsh, Val Vandersloot, John Pastor, Brian Duggan, Joe
Laura, and Jack Engebretson. Absent: Maureen Miller Brosnan.
President Engebretson stated that this was a public hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should approve the Application for Industrial Facilities
Exemption Certificate for Dearborn Lithograph, Inc., for new equipment installation at
12380 Globe, encompassing an area of approximately 1 09 acres lying in the Southwest
1/4 of Section 29, hereinafter referred to as "proposed City of Livonia Industrial
Development District 73"
There were six (6) persons present on these matters.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 18 p m , Monday, June 21, 1999
