MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR AN ALTERNATE III STREET IMPROVEMENT OF
LAMONT STREET AND STONEHOUSE
On February 17, 1999, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 7 00 p m Present: John Walsh, Val Vandersloot, John Pastor,
Brian Duggan, Maureen Miller Brosnan, and Jack Engebretson Absent: Joe
Laura.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City
Council is opening a public hearing on the Special Assessment Roll for an
Alternate III Street Improvement of Lamont ::,treet (130' north of Joy Road to 200'
south of Northfield Avenue) and Stonehouse Avenue (130' north of Joy Road to
Minton Avenue)
There were approximately twelve (12) persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 17 p m , February 17, 1999
