MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON PERMIT APPLICATION FOR SATELLITE DISH ANTENNA
On January 6, 1998, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, MI, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 8.26 p m Present: Joe Laura, Maureen Miller Brosnan, Val
Vandersloot, John Pastor, Brian Duggan, and Jack Engebretson Absent: Walsh

The President of the Council stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance 543, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on a
Permit Application submitted by Michael Carson requesting approval for the
installation of a satellite dish antenna for property located at 14855 Santa Anita
Avenue in the N E % of Section 24
There were approximately 22 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 25 p m , January 6, 1999
