MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 98-8-2-16
On January 6, 1999, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council
at 8 26 p m Present: Joe Laura, Maureen Miller Brosnan, Val Vandersloot, John
Pastor, Brian Duggan, and Jack Engebretson Absent: John Walsh (ill)
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 543, the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public
Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance
No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to Petition 98-8-2-16
submitted by Dale T Culver, d/b/a Culver Custom Homes, requesting waiver use
approval to construct a detached condominium project on property located on the north
Lside of Schoolcraft Road between Park Avenue and Fairway Drive in the S E. % of
Section 20
There were 17 persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 1002 p m , January 6, 1999
