MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON A REQUEST FOR AN
INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE

On April 27, 1998, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center
Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Engebretson at 7 00 p m.
Present: Maureen Miller Brosnan, John Walsh, Val Vandersloot, John Pastor, Brian Duggan,
Joe Laura, and Jack Engebretson. Absent: None
President Laura stated that this was a Public Hearing on a request from WEBASTO
SUNROOFS, INC, 2655 Product Drive, Rochester Hills, Ml 48309, to Transfer of Industrial
Facilities Exemption Certificate No 95-809 previously granted to Garrett Tool & Engineering on
December 4, 1995, per CR 874-95, for a 12-year period, for a facility located at 36930
Industrial Road in Industrial Development District No 58
There were two (2) persons present in the audience
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the
Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 15 p m., April 27, 1998
