MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A SIGN PERMIT APPLICATION
On July 13,1998, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
_ Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council
at 7 00 p m. Present: John Walsh, Val Vandersloot, John Pastor, Joe Laura, Maureen
Miller Brosnan and Jack Engebretson Absent: Brian Duggan
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 543, the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public
Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance
No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to a Sign Permit
Application submitted by John Carlin, Jr , Plunkett & Cooney, on behalf of Champps
LAmericana, requesting approval for additional signage for restaurant located at 19470
Haggerty Road in the S W 1/4 of Section 6
There was one present in the audience on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 11 p m., July 13, 1998
