HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1998-02-18 SAD KINGSTON TERRACE CONDO 30763 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING RELATIVE TO THE NECESSITY OF A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT PAVING OF PARKING LOT AREA IN THE MIDDLEBELT ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY IN FRONT OF THE KINGSTON TERRACE CONDOMINIUMS IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 35 On February 18, 1998, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7 00 p m Present: Brian Duggan, Maureen Miller Brosnan, Joe Laura, and Jack Engebretson. Absent: John J Walsh, Val I Vandersloot, and John R. Pastor The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the proposed Special Assessment Paving of Parking Lot Area in the Middlebelt Road Right-of-Way in front of the Kingston Terrace Condominiums, in the N E 1/4 of Section 35, City of Livonia, Michigan There were approximately 13 persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
