MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 96-9-2-27
WAIVER USE APPROVAL (REVISION)

On March 2, 1998, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council
at 7.00 p m. Present: John Walsh, Brian Duggan, Joe Laura, Maureen Miller Brosnan
and Jack Engebretson. Absent: Val Vandersloot and John Pastor
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public
Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance
No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to Petition 96-9-2-27 (a
revision) submitted by Professional Engineering Consultants requesting waiver use to
construct a motel facility on property located on the east side of Middlebelt Road
between Plymouth Road and the CSX Railroad in the S W 1/4 of Section 25
There were seven (7) persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7.35 p.m., March 2, 1998
