MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR
GENERAL MEDICAL CORPORATION,
A VIRGINIA CORPORATION
IN THE SOUTH 1/2 OF SECTION 30
On July 15, 1996, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 7 00 p m Present: Gerald D Taylor, Fernon P Feenstra,
Maureen Miller Brosnan, Val Vandersloot, Michael P McGee and Joe Laura.
Absent: Brian Duggan
The President stated that this was a Public Hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should establish an Industrial Development District
pursuant to Act No 198 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1974, as amended,
requested by Donald B Garber, General Medical Corporation, a Virginia
Corporation in the South 1/2 of Section 30
There were 8 persons present.
Questions and comments were given due consideration by the Council, a
transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 21 p m , July 15, 1996
