MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST TO
TRANSFER SECTION 198 PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT
FROM ARTISAN MOLD CORPORATION TO
CRUCAM, INC./KEV, INC.
IN THE N.E. SECTION OF SECTION 29 IN
CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 34
On October 14, 1996, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Laura at 6 23 p m
Present: Gerald D Taylor, Brian Duggan, Fernon P Feenstra, Maureen Miller Brosnan, Val
Vandersloot and Joe Laura. Absent: Michael P McGee
President Laura stated that this was a Public Hearing on the question of whether this
City Council should approve a request to transfer Section 198 Property Tax Abatement from
Artisan Mold Corporation to Crucam, Inc./KEV, Inc., said request submitted by Kevin R. Crute,
President/Owner of both corporations, re building/equipment at 36040 Industrial Road in the
N E. 1/4 of Section 29 in IDD No 34
There were five (5) persons present in the audience
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the
Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 6 25 p m , October 14, 1996
