FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 63 On October 14, 1996, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Laura at 6.00 p m. Present: Gerald D Taylor, Brian Duggan, Fernon P Feenstra, Maureen Miller Brosnan, Val Vandersloot and Joe Laura. Absent: Michael P McGee President Laura stated that this was a Public Hearing on the question of whether this City Council should approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate, submitted by Thomas A. Miele, Controller, Allmand Enterprises, Inc., a.k.a. Allmand Associates, Inc., re for a newly acquired facility at 12163 Globe Street to be used for the expansion of manufacturing capacity and the upgrade of existing technology/equipment (located in the S W 1/4 of Section 29 in proposed IDD No 63) There were six (6) persons present in the audience Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
