MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY
ACTION DISTRIBUTING COMPANY, INC.
FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
LOCATED IN CITY OF LIVONIA
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 60
On April 1, 1996, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center
Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Laura at 7 05 p m Present:
Michael P McGee, Gerald D Taylor, Brian Duggan, Fernon P Feenstra, Maureen Miller
Brosnan and Joe Laura. Absent: Val Vandersloot.
President Laura stated that this was a Public Hearing on the question of whether this
City Council should approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate,
submitted by Action Distributing Company, Inc. covering new reclamation center for glass and
can crushing, to be located at 35455 Veronica, City of Livonia, MI, Industrial Development
District No 60
There was one person present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the
Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7.20 p m , April 1, 1996
