MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR AN ALTERNATE III STREET IMPROVEMENT OF
SAVOIE AND GROVE, SOUTH OF SIX MILE, EAST OF MIDDLEBELT,
IN THE N.W 1/4 OF SECTION 13
On March 20, 1996, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8 12 p m. Present: Gerald D Taylor, Brian Duggan, Fernon P
Feenstra, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Joe Laura. Absent. Val Vandersloot and
Michael P McGee
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City
Council is opening a public hearing on the Special Assessment Roll for an
Alternate Ill Street Improvement of Savoie and Grove, south of Six Mile Road,
east of Middlebelt Road, in the N W 1/4 of Section 13, City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately twenty-five (25) persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9.59 p m , March 20, 1996
