MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 96-3-2-12
L (WAIVER USE)
On July 1, 1996, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council
at 8.04 p m. Present: Gerald D Taylor, Brian Duggan, Maureen Miller Brosnan, Val
Vandersloot and Joe Laura. Absent: Michael P McGee and Fernon P Feenstra (out
of town)
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 543, the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public
Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance
No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to Petition 96-3-2-12 by
Wendy Orluski requesting waver use approval to utilize an existing building located on
Lthe south side of Ann Arbor Road between Newburgh Road and Horton Avenue in the
N E. 1/4 of Section 31 for a child day care center
There were approximately 24 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8.06 p m , July 1, 1995
