MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING RELATIVE TO ON THE NECESSITY OF
A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ALLEY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
EAST OF MIDDLEBELT AND SOUTH OF FIVE MILE
IN THE N.W. 1/4 OF SECTION 24
On November 1, 1995, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8 05 p m Present: Sean P Kavanagh, Maureen Miller
Brosnan, Dale A. Jurcisin, Fernon P Feenstra, Michael P McGee and Gerald D
Taylor Absent: Laura M Toy
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City
Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the proposed Special
Assessment Alley Improvement Project east of Middlebelt Road and south of
Five Mile in the N W 1/4 of Section 124 City of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately 60 persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 45 p , November 1, 1995
