HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1995-12-06 SAD SAVOIE & GROVE 29193 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING RELATIVE TO ON THE NECESSITY OF A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ON SAVOIE AND GROVE SOUTH OF SIX MILE ROAD AND EAST OF MIDDLEBELT ROAD IN THE N W 1/4 OF SECTION 13 On December 6, 1995, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of the Council at 8 10 p m Present: Fernon P Feenstra, Sean P Kavanagh, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Michael P McGee Absent: Laura M Toy, Dale A. Jurcisin and Gerald D Taylor The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the proposed Special Assessment Street Improvement Project on Savoie and Grove south of Six Mile Road and east of Middlebelt Road in the N W 1/4 of Section 13 City of Livonia, Michigan There were approximately 80 persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
