HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1996-02-05 SAD ALLEY IMPROVEMENT 29288 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ALLEY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT EAST OF MIDDLEBELT AND SOUTH OF FIVE MILE IN THE N W 1/4 OF SECTION 24 On February 5, 1996, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7 00 p m Present: Brian Duggan, Fernon P Feenstra, Maureen Miller Brosnan, Val Vandersloot, Michael P McGee, Gerald D Taylor and Joe Laura. Absent: None The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Special Assessment Roll for a proposed Alley Improvement Project of public alleys between Five Mile Road and Elsie Avenue and Middlebelt Road and Cavour Avenue in the N W 1/4 of Section 24, City of Livonia, Michigan There were approximately three (3) persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
