MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
FOR PROPERTY AT 12033 TECH CENTER DRIVE
IN THE S.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 26
On October 16„ 1995, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 7 08 p m. Present: Maureen Miller Brosnan, Laura M Toy,
Dale A. Jurcisin, Fernon P Feenstra and Gerald D Taylor Absent: Michael P
McGee and Sean P Kavanagh.
The President stated that this was a Public Hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should establish an Industrial Development District
pursuant to Act No 198 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1974, as amended,
as petitioned by Ron Parz, re for property at 12033 Tech Center Drive in the
S E. 1/4 of Section 26
There was one person present.
Questions and comments were given due consideration by the Council, a
transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 13 p m , October 16, 1995
