MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
RELATIVE TO THE NECESSITY AND REVIEW OF SINGLE LOT ASSESSMENTS FOR THE
PROPOSED INSTALLATION OF SIDEWALKS ON BOTH SIDES OF
MERRIMAN ROAD FROM SIX MILE TO SEVEN MILE ROADS
On June 28, 1995, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8 03 p m Present Sean P Kavanagh, Maureen
Miller Brosnan and Gerald D Taylor Absent Laura M Toy, Dale A
Jurcisin, Fernon P Feenstra and Michael P McGee
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 08 of
Title 3, Special Assessment Procedure Ordinance, of the Livonia Code of
Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the
Necessity and Review of Single Lot Assessments for the Proposed Installa-
tion of Sidewalks on both sides of Merriman Road from Six Mile to Seven
Mile Roads
There were approximately 50 persons present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 40 p m , Wednesday, June
28, 1995
