MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY FOR
THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN THE
HUNTERS POINTE SUBDIVISION AND THE AREAS
IMMEDIATELY EAST THEREOF THAT HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED BY LOT SPLITS
IN THE S.E 1/4 OF SECTION 31
On January 9, 1995, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 7 10 P M Present Laura M Toy, Dale A
Jurcisin, Fernon P Feenstra, Michael P McGee, Sean P Kavanagh and
Gerald Taylor Absent Ron Ochala
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of
Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment
and a Special Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public
hearing on the NECESSITY for the installation of street lighting with
underground wiring in the Hunters Pointe Subdivision and the areas
immediately east thereof that have been established by lot splits located
in the S E 1/4 of Section 30, City of Livonia
There were approximately 10 persons present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 35 P M , January 9, 1995
