MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 94-6-2-18 (WAIVER USE)
On September 21, 1994, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 1
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8 11 p m Present Fernon P Feenstra, Michael
P McGee, Sean P Kavanagh, Ron Ochala, Laura M Toy and Gerald D Taylor
Absent Dale A Jurcisin
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to
Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public
hearing relative to Petition 94-6-2-18 submitted by McDonald's Corporation
111 requesting waiver use approval to construct a full service restaurant with a
drive-up window facility on property located on the east side of Middlebelt
Road between Seven Mile Road and Vassar Avenue in the S W 1/4 of Section 1
There were approximately 30 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 50 P M , September 21, 1994
