MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS FOR
WILLOW CREEK SUBDIVISION
IN THE N W 1/4 OF SECTION 14
On May 4, 1994, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8 57 p m Present Laura P Toy, Dale A
Jurcisin, Fernon P Feenstra, Michael P McGee, and
Gerald Taylor Absent Sean P Kavanagh
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a
Special Assessment Procedure, "the City Council is opening a public hearing
on the Assessment Roll for the installation of street lighting on colonial
post poles in the Willow Creek Subdivision in the N W 1/4 of Section
14
There were approximately 25 persons present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consider-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 58 p m , May 4, 1994
