MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY
LVALASSIS COMMUNICATIONS, INC. FOR AN
INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
IN CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 33
On July 11, 1994, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
President Taylor at 7 48 p m Present Laura M Toy, Dale A Jurcisin,
Michael P McGee, Sean P Kavanagh and Gerald D Taylor Absent Ron
Ochala and Fernon P Feenstra
President Taylor stated that this was a Public Hearing on the
question of whether this City Council should approve the Application for
Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate, submitted by Valassis
Communications, Inc , covering a new printing press system to be
installed at 35955 Schoolcraft Road located within City of Livonia
LIndustrial Development District 33
There were approximately eighty-five (85) people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 00 p m , July 11, 1994
