LMINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS FOR
STONEHOUSE AVENUE (JOY ROAD TO MINTON)
(FOREST OAKS SUBDIVISION)
IN THE S E 1/4 OF SECTION 31
On August 10, 1994, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8 41 p m Present Laura P Toy, Dale A
Jurcisin, Fernon P Feenstra, Michael P McGee, Sean P Kavanagh and
Gerald Taylor Absent Ron Ochala
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
L Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a
Special Assessment Procedure, "the City Council is opening a public hearing
on the Assessment Roll for the installation of street lighting on colonial
post top poles on Stonehouse Avenue (Joy Road to Minton - Forest Oaks Subdi-
vision) in the S E 1/4 of Section 31
There were no citizens present on this hearing
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consider-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 45 p m , August 10, 1994
