MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
LTHE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN
STONEHOUSE ESTATES SUBDIVISION
IN THE S.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 31
On October 6 , 1993, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8:02 p.m. Present: Ron Ochala, Laura P. Toy,
Dale A. Jurcisin, Fernon P Feenstra, Michael P. McGee, Sean P Kavanagh and
Gerald Taylor. Absent: None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a
Special Assessment Procedure, "the City Council is opening a public hearing
on the Assessment Roll for the installation of street lighting on colonial
post poles in the Stonehouse Estates Subdivision in the S.E. 1/4 of Section
31.
There was no one present on behalf of the petitioner
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consider-
ation by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:04 p m. , October 6, 1993.
