MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY
CONTRACTORS STEEL COMPANY FOR A NEW
INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
IN CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 7
On April 28, 1993, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called
to order by President Taylor at 8:07 p.m. Present: Dale A.
Jurcisin, Fernon P. Feenstra, Michael P. McGee and Gerald Taylor.
Absent: Laura M. Toy and Sean P Kavanagh
President Taylor stated that this was a Public Hearing on
the question of whether this City Council should approve the
Application for an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate as
submitted by Contractors Steel Company, 36555 Amrhein Road,
Livonia, MI 48150-1182, covering industrial facilities to be
located within the City of Livonia Industrial Development District
No 7.
There were approximately three people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:15 p.m. , April 28,
1993.
